Key Responsibilities: Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plansConnect participants with services and community supportsManage referrals, service issues, and plan reviewsStrengthen participants' ability to manage their own supportsRequirements: Degree or Diploma in a relevant fieldExperience in human services or disability sectorFirst Aid & CPR, Police Check, Working with Children CheckKnowledge of NDIS processes and legislationWhy Join Us?
