Key Responsibilities: Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans Connect participants with services and community supports Manage referrals, service issues, and plan reviews Strengthen participants' ability to manage their own supports Requirements: Degree or Diploma in a relevant field Experience in human services or disability sector First Aid & CPR, Police Check, Working with Children Check Knowledge of NDIS processes and legislation Why Join Us?
