Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and motivated NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist NDIS participants in navigating the NDIS system, coordinating their supports, and achieving their individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Support NDIS participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
Coordinate and manage a variety of services and supports for participants.
Act as the primary liaison between participants, service providers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate participants' progress, adjusting support plans as necessary.
Provide ongoing advocacy to ensure participants' needs are met.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, disability services, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role within the NDIS framework.
Strong understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Types:Part-time, Fixed-term, Casual, Seasonal
Contract Duration:12 months
Salary Range:$60,257.34 – $101,230.27 per year
Expected Hours:32 hours per week

Driver's Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
