These KRAs will be regularly reviewed and adapted as required.
QualificationsDiploma in Disability, Community Services, or related qualification.Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.Current Victorian Driver's License.Knowledge & ExperienceIn-depth understanding of the Disability Standards and NDIS principles, incorporating them into daily work practices and values.Proficiency with relevant computer software.Proven ability to work under broad direction.Fit to operate screen-based equipment.Experience communicating with people with disabilities or NDIS participants.Experience in identifying, developing, and evaluating communication matters.AttributesPositive attitude towards the inclusion of people with disabilities.Strong problem-solving skills.Commitment to professional development and achieving quality outcomes.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Adaptability in a dynamic environment.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.Understanding the value and importance of quality in all that Blossom Community Care does.Ability to plan, schedule, and meet agreed deadlines in task completion.Corporate Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesAll staff at Blossom Community Care sign compliance for the Code of Conduct.
