Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team. As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and access the supports and services they need to lead fulfilling lives.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in social work, disability studies, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Previous experience working in disability services or a similar role, preferably within the NDIS framework.Strong understanding of the NDIS legislation, policies, and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
