Key Responsibilities: Utilize your NDIS industry connections and build new relationships to help individuals find suitable placements in our SIL houses and day programs.Represent Empower and Shine Disability with empathy and professionalism at expos, schools, and relevant community events.Engage with families, individuals, and support networks to understand their needs and offer tailored services that foster independence.Follow up on inquiries to assist individuals in connecting with our SIL homes and programs, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent support.Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.Use your NDIS knowledge to guide individuals through the process, helping them access the right support services with ease.Provide compassionate and responsive customer service, ensuring client needs are met.Qualifications: Must have NDIS industry experience and a solid understanding of the disability support sector.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on helping individuals access services.A proven ability to help individuals find the right support options and create positive outcomes.Confidence, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently. Strong computer skill
