Our Bread & Butter Our team of Spec/Support Coordinators have a long history of working within the disability sector. As such, they have particular interest in working with all people with disabilities and complex mental health, assisting them with Housing Exploration, Hospital Discharges, Justice Interactions, and Capacity Building.

Let us know!A little about you Tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Psychology, Social Work, Allied Health or Nursing.Minimum of 12 months clinical or SSC experience.You have an established professional community network while being resilient in understanding the complexities of this space.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, families, and health providers.Effective time management, caseload management, problem-solving skills, and ability to plan and manage resources/budgetsKnowledge and understanding of the NDIS, and ability to work within their framework.Experience in working with people with complex support and service requirements.Desirable (or willing to obtain prior to commencement) Australian citizenship or a permanent resident of AustraliaExperience or interest in the health and/or justice sectorExperience working with people with disability and their families, in a collaborative settingExperience supporting the rights, needs, and requirements of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.Current knowledge of legislation and other regulatory requirements in areas of equality, disability services, and occupational health and safety.NDIS Worker Screening Check (no older than 12 months) or willingness to apply.Working with Children Check (WWC) or willingness to apply.Possession of a valid WA C or A-Class driver's license.About Us Integrated Support Solutions WA is an established community-based organisation providing support to participants of the NDIS throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.
Working in partnership with participants, families, and other formal and informal supports, we offer a multidisciplinary team that provides a strong clinical and collaborative approach to delivering high-quality community rehabilitation and capacity-building services to NDIS participants.
