Our mission is to empower our clients to lead independent, fulfilling lives, and we invite you to join our team of dedicated professionals who share this vision.About the Role:We are currently seeking an experienced NDIS Service Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role will see you manage a caseload of up to 4 Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodations, guiding your team to provide high-quality, person-centred supports. Your role will be critical in ensuring that participants are empowered to achieve their NDIS goals, exercise their human rights, and work towards personal aspirations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor teams, developing professional practice.Collaborate with other NDIS Service Coordinators to support NDIS participants in achieving their goals.Manage a complex caseload, ensuring that support schedules align with the NDIS Price Guide, budget constraints, and the agreed-upon NDIS Service Agreements.Prepare and submit NDIS Progress Reports in line with participant plan reviews and other reporting requirements.Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and mentoring to staff to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including risk assessments and support plans, ensuring safe and effective support.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including participants' families, allied health professionals, and other support coordinators.About You:You are a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering individuals and a proven track record in NDIS Service and Program Coordination. You have experience working with NDIS participants and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of NDIS frameworks and processes. You possess strong leadership and management skills, coupled with a deep commitment to delivering person-centred supports.Key Selection Criteria:Demonstrated experience in NDIS Service Coordination, including complex case management.Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a disability or community services setting.In-depth knowledge of NDIS standards, Human Rights, Person-Centred Active Support, and restrictive practices.Proven ability to manage relationships with external stakeholders and deliver positive outcomes for clients.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.Strong administrative skills and proficiency in using technology for client management, rostering, and incident reporting.Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or a related field.Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Queensland Driver's License.What We Offer:A permanent position with a competitive salary and NFP/PBI salary packaging benefits.Relocation assistance for those moving to the beautiful Mackay/Whitsunday region.Career development and progression opportunities within a supportive and inclusive environment.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.Access to our Employee Assistance Program and other well-being initiatives.The chance to be part of an organisation that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.How to Apply:If you are an experienced NDIS Service Coordinator looking for a new and rewarding challenge, we encourage you to apply.
