About TSU: The Transition Support Unit is a state-wide service that provides rehabilitation and recovery focussed support to people experiencing mental illness and intellectual disability, in a medium/long term residential care setting.
About the role: The Allied Health NDIS Senior Clinician will contribute discipline specific knowledge and skill to the multidisciplinary team in providing recovery focused care to consumers. The role involves provision of assessment and clinical interventions, active liaison with community service providers and care coordination to support consumer engagement with community and discharge planning.

Ideally, you will have:
