About The Role
Our coordination team is a national team, responsible for the coordination of supports for their allocated states, territories & clients.
*This role is a permanent full-time, working from home opportunity*
The Rostering Coordinator will take charge across the following areas:
Building rapport with clients and support workers to ensure continuity of care.Creating and managing all client rosters of support.Frequent communication with clients to obtain feedback on roster and Support Workers.Managing & rostering staff and Support WorkersAddressing any concerns and escalating these when required.Regularly reporting client and staff progress, performance, and any concerns.Ensuring all client concerns or questions are addressed in a timely manner.Ensuring only workers with appropriate experience and training are assigned to relevant clients.About You Minimum 1 years' experience in Rostering and Coordination in NDISExceptional attention to detailPerson-centred focus in all communications and dutiesAbility to work autonomously and with a team.NDIS Worker Screening CheckExcellent written & verbal communication skills.Experience meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment.Why Join Danny Met Sally?
