APS5 Project Officer, Program Management Office Civic ACT, Penrith NSW, Brisbane QLD, Hobart TAS, Adelaide SA, Melbourne VIC, Parramatta NSW The Project Officer will provide specialist administrative and operational support to one or more portfolio functions of the DART Program Management Office (PMO) in managing the DART Program. This role is essential in supporting the efficient operation of the PMO practice.
The Project Officer will assist in delivering core work of the PMO practice, supporting efficient and effective governance for the DART program, as well as preparing documentation and communicating with stakeholders across the DART program.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Advanced written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have the ability to quickly upskill in project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps and MS Project) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
