Fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic Plan Management team. We are seeking an individual to undertake the role of NDIS Plan Management Officer who offers strong customer service and bookkeeping skills. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing organisation as a part-time employee (0.6EFT). Lifely head office is located in Bendigo, however the position may be based at any of our offices (Bendigo, Mildura or Ballarat). This role is based on-site and the successful applicant will be required Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. The hours of this position have the potential to increase so we're looking for a person with the ability to work more hours in future.
Remuneration commencing at $82,045.60 per annum (pro-rata) plus salary packaging (as per PBI status).
Training will be provided along with a detailed induction.
The small Plan Management team supports over 500 Participants and is keen to build their team with another member with excellent customer service and book-keeping skills.
Availability would ideally be Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week, however shorter days across more days is also possible.
The ideal candidate for this position will have: A qualification in bookkeeping and/or previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector. Responsive team member who genuinely cares and respects others professionally. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, an ability to maintain accurate records. The ability to process invoices and payments accurately. Well-developed customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems and between Participants, their guardians, and providers. Honest, reliable, with professional attitude. Applicants will need to submit their application documents listed below:
