Clinical experience across amputee management and and knowledge of WA health and NDIS processes. Experience completing physio-specific assessments and developing appropriate capacity building programs.  Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participants, families, and health providers. Effective time management, caseload management, and problem-solving skills. Experience using physiotherapy skills to assess, plan, prescribe, implement and evaluate individualised outcome based rehabilitation / support plans in partnership with the clients and their representatives.  Proactively maintain knowledge of contemporary physiotherapy practices through research, journal reviews and professional development. Possession of a valid WA C or A-Class driver's license. Australian citizenship or a permanent resident of Australia Experience working with people with disability and their families, particularly in the amputee rehabilitation space Experience supporting the rights, needs, and requirements of people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Commitment to self and team development. NDIS Worker Screening Check (no older than 12 months). Working with Children Check (WWC) if supporting participants under the age of 18.
