The Model Sirv is a model designed to empower experienced industry managers who are passionate about providing great participant outcomes. Our Model allows suitably qualified Managers to join as Operations Managers and earn 30% of the business unit's bottom line. Yes, we are allowing you to be directly financially rewarded for your amazing work.
We support you with the systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to build and run your own Sirv business unit together. The Sirv Corporate Team does all the back office, compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising, and marketing. Your Role If you are the right candidate, your role will be the same as your current role + with operational autonomy to grow and manage an amazing NDIS support business that delivers unparalleled service and support. You can be based anywhere in Australia and work from home until you grow enough to get your own office where you choose. To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will require the following experience:
Business Development experience in NDIS disability support services : Ability to network with Support Coordinators and Participants to secure your service offering to bring them on as your clients. Recruitment : Recruit and build your support team that meets your Participant needs and requirements. Rostering : Manage your client support needs and staff to ensure you maintain the highest level of support. Grow : Grow your business so you need internal operational staff to assist in managing and scaling your business. Serve : "Sirv" your Participant and Support Staff with empathy and passion. Laugh : Love, laugh, and support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be the very best they can be. Rewards & Remuneration The rewards at Sirv are unparalleled. You get your cake and can eat it too! As your business grows, your profit share will grow. Year 1 Operations Managers should earn between $120,000 to $200,000 as you get the business off the ground, but from year 2 and beyond Operations Managers should expect to earn between $200,000 and $300,000 plus.
Starting base package of $90,000 + Super + $8,000 Car Allowance to help get your business off the ground. 30% profit share bonuses based on your business unit's bottom line paid quarterly and annually. Dedicated business coach and mentor to help you scale. Full back office, corporate service, quality & compliance team. Full work from home. Prerequisite We need experienced Operations, Area, or Regional Managers with great character and attitude. Built robust networks, and managed Operations with an NDIS support business. Built and managed teams and demonstrated leadership qualities. Strong ambition to build a strong and profitable business.
