Ndis Office Administration Assistant

NDIS registered Provider is currently seeking an experienced NDIS Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a casual position with the possibility of moving into a permanent position for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with experience in using NDIS systems.
As a NDIS Admin Officer, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining day-to-day rostering requirements in accordance with the SCHADS Award, NDIS price guide, and Resolute Supports policies and procedures. You will work closely with our operations Manager to address staffing needs, communicate changes or requirements to Support Workers, and allocate staff resources effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain rostering requirements
- Stay up to date with Award and any changes
- Liaise with Operations Manager
- Communicate changes or requirements to Support Workers
- Allocate staff resources effectively
- Respond to staff inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize rostering software program 
- Identify and apply opportunities for continuous improvement
- Perform accurate data entry
- Work independently and as part of a team
Skills and Experience:
- Background in NDIS
- Previous rostering experience (highly regarded)
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- NDISWC and WWCC clearances
- Ability to undertake a police check
