About your role: We are expanding our team and would love to welcome an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference and contribute to best practice. You'll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services with the assistance of an OTA. Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments. Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life. Mentor and nurture early career clinicians. Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance. About you: To be successful in this role you will have:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload. A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills. Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
