Your Role The role involves combining operational leadership with strategic business development to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, leading a high-performing team, and expanding the participant base.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing staff performance to create a motivated and high-performing team.Implementing safety protocols, risk management, behavior support strategies, and operational policies to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.Managing client intake and assessments to provide tailored support plans that meet individual needs.Identifying opportunities to expand services, develop new programs, and establish partnerships within the disability sector.Working with clients, families, NDIS planners, and community partners to strengthen relationships and extend service reach.Reporting on service delivery, financial outcomes, and operational effectiveness while managing resources and costs for sustainable growth.Promoting an inclusive workplace culture that fosters innovation and teamwork.Business Development: Drive client acquisition and service expansion through targeted strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with families, NDIS planners, support coordinators, and other key stakeholders.Identify and connect with potential clients to offer tailored services that meet their needs.Act as a representative for Progress FNQ at networking events, industry forums, and meetings to enhance visibility and partnerships.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic partnerships with allied health professionals, funding bodies, and community organizations to expand service offerings and support growth.Serve as the main representative of Progress FNQ in discussions with stakeholders and at industry events.Maintain open lines of communication with clients and their families, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction.Leadership and Team Management Responsibilities for NDIS Manager Role: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.Work closely with senior leadership to align day-to-day operations with overall business growth objectives and strategic goals.Oversee staff performance, identify training needs, and manage recruitment to ensure the team is equipped to meet service demands and organizational goals.About You: Progress FNQ is looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
