About the Role The NDIS Manager at Casa plays a crucial role in leading our Client Services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality NDIS services aligned with organisational goals and client-centered principles. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role involves strategic leadership to optimise service delivery, foster innovation in client support strategies, and maintain compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements.

If this sounds like you, then please apply: Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Disability Studies, Psychology, Health Services Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience (5+ years) in a managerial or leadership role within the disability services sector, specifically with NDIS service deliveryDemonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client-facing operations, preferably in a non-profit or community services environmentComprehensive understanding of the NDIS framework, regulations, and operational requirementsStrong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teamsFinancial literacy and experience in budget management and financial reportingHigh-level problem-solving skills and thinking agility to adapt to changing environments and client needsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels and communicate complex information clearlyValid Driver's License, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Current National Police ClearanceWhy Join Us?
