YOUR NEW ROLE  Working from our dynamic  Bunbury WA  office, this opportunity will see you: Supporting NDIS participants through a range of assessments, interventions and ongoing compacity building therapies.
Complete case management notes and reports on participant services Liaise and collaborate with participants families, medical practitioners and allied health professionals as required.
