Description ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking NDIS Disability Support Workers to join our team in Tennant Creek, NT.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered support to our NDIS participants in home, residential, or recreational settings.
You'll play a key role in developing and implementing support plans that help participants achieve their goals and enhance their independence.
Successful candidates will assist individuals with disabilities in building their independence and capacity while encouraging their involvement in community activities and outings.
Qualifications in Disability, Community Service, or Mental Health are highly desirable, and availability during the day Monday to Friday, is required.
We have part-time and casual positions available.

Key Responsibilities and Duties To provide high quality, person-centered supports to NDIS participants in a home/residential or recreational setting Provide support to people with disabilities which help to build independence and capacity and increase their participation in activities, tasks, and outings in the community Administration, report writing and compliance responsibilities Contribute to a positive work culture Compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act Minimum Requirements Criminal History Checks and a valid driver's license are requirements for employment at CASPA.
Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
