In the continual expansion of our team, we currently have opportunities available within our NDIS Division, IDEAL Plan Management, for enthusiastic and client-centric Customer Service Officers.
The IDEAL Plan Management Division manages the plans of NDIS participants, and as a Customer Service Officer you will act as the first point of contact for the participants via phone and email.

Study and professional membership support;Team and firm-wide social events;Opportunities for ongoing professional development;Corporate wellness partnerships;'Dress for Your Day' policy;Employee Assistance Program (EAP);Encouragement of continual learning through quality on-the-job training, and support to attend suitable external seminars and workshops.Responsibilities:Provide and maintain high-quality Plan Management Services and advice to participants;Undertake customer and stakeholder liaison and negotiation activities to resolve customer enquiries and complaints;Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers;Manage a variety of inbound customer enquiries and correspondence, including account enquiries;Contribute to and conduct data reconciliations to ensure data integrity is maintained.Requirements:Willingness to learn and develop an in-depth understanding of the NDIS Pricing Arrangement, Operational Guidelines, and legislation;Sound understanding of best practice service management principles and practices;Excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus to deal with enquiries with diplomacy and tact;Exceptional communication skills;Strong attention to detail;Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and to prioritise work within tight timeframes in a dynamic office environment.Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and/or previous experience in the disability/community sector will be highly regarded.
