Our team enhances the shopping journey with key services and festive touches across our 42 Westfield destinations in Australia and New Zealand.Your opportunityLike Santa's little helpers, our team adds magic to the shopping experience, providing extraordinary customer service through greetings, navigation, gifting solutions, valet, car park assistance, visits to Santa, and surprise and delight moments.Our services team covers concierge, valet, and car park roles, delivering 5-star customer experiences to our customers during the festive season.
Bring your Christmas cheer and join us in making our customers' experiences truly magical!Some Of Your Festive Duties Will IncludeDeliver exceptional service to customers and retailers.Concierge support: provide assistance, directions, and information in a busy retail environment, including promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services.Car park support: manage traffic by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times.Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.So, what sets our team members apart?You WillAlways be ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.Be confident in providing customers assistance in a busy retail setting.Have a provisional license (Manual/Auto).Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend and public holiday trading (full availability in November and December is ideal).This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations.
