Counselling 4 Me are seeking an experienced and passionate NDIS Compliance Manager to join us on a contracted basis with full-time hours, for this Work from Home role helping to complete the NDIS registration process for our business.Duties & Responsibilities:Register and manage our NDIS registration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsPrepare the business for three audits, coordinating necessary documentation and resourcesProvide ongoing compliance management to maintain standardsOversee an administrator to support compliance functions effectivelyCreate new policies and procedures in alignment with NDIS requirementsAdapt our CRM system to support compliance tracking and reportingManage the partnership with the NDIS auditor to facilitate smooth audit processesDevelop systems and processes to maintain continuous audit complianceDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the compliance frameworkExperience & Attributes:Minimum of 3 years' background in complianceStrong understanding of NDIS regulations and requirementsExcellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage deadlinesKeen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingGreat communication skills for collaboration with auditors, staff, and stakeholdersProblem-solving abilities to proactively address compliance issuesExperience in policy development and implementationFully remote position, barring a monthly in-office management meetingFlexibility of hoursTrust and autonomy within your roleAbout Us:Counselling 4 Me is an NDIS business that has operated for the past four years.
