Ndis Clinical Nurse Consultant

The role involves overseeing and maintaining NDIS Health/Clinical policies and procedures, auditing NDIS teams against standards, and managing clinical data collection. Key responsibilities include reviewing new participant intakes, coordinating complex hospitalisations and discharge planning, advocating for participant needs at medical appointments, and managing high-risk cases. The role also includes assessing health-related incidents, ensuring corrective actions, and providing ad-hoc clinical advice in response to clinical deterioration.This is an exciting new role and reports to the Director NDIS.Permanent full-time, based in Newcastle.
