DescriptionCASPA SERVICES LTD - POSITION VACANCY - NDIS Care Coordinator - Tennant Creek ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an NDIS Care Coordinator & Training Facilitator to join our team in Tennant Creek.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing NDIS accommodation, daily living, and community support programs, ensuring alignment with participant goals and NDIS plans.
You will lead and guide Disability Support Workers by delivering training on Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), implementing CASPA policies and procedures, and developing comprehensive care plans.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with NDIS plans and CASPA policies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence within housing and NDIS supports.
Additionally, you will manage rostering, facilitate onboarding processes, and collaborate on strategic initiatives to expand and enhance CASPA's NDIS programs.
Key Responsibilities Lead a proactive and positive team culture, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environmentProvide comprehensive management and support to Disability Support WorkersConduct and facilitate site-specific inductions, orientations, and TCI training for Disability Support WorkersEnsure service delivery aligns with individual NDIS plan budgets, maintaining fiscal responsibility without compromising service qualityReporting to the National NDIS Operations Manager, the NDIS Care Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of accommodation, daily living, and community supports, ensuring services align with participant goalsEnsure timely reporting of both unauthorised and authorised restrictive practices in accordance with CASPA policies and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Commission legislative requirementsOffer expert advice on housing, daily living, and community support matters, ensuring alignment with participant needs and local service availabilityCollaborate with the National NDIS Operations Manager and other departmental leaders to foster stakeholder engagement within the local communityFully manage rostering across programs, ensuring compliance with the SCHADS AwardsManage onboarding for new service users, including developing service agreements, quotes, rosters of care, and individual support plansWork with the National NDIS Operations Manager to identify opportunities for promoting and expanding CASPA's NDIS programsOversee WHS responsibilities, including timely reporting of maintenance issues, conducting monthly site audits, and ensuring compliance with safety protocolsEMPLOYEE BENEFITS CASPA offers well-being support through Telus Health, including free, confidential coaching and support from a team of expert cliniciansAs a CASPA employee, you can Salary Package up to $15,900 per year for general living expenses plus an additional $2,650 of your pay each year for entertainment benefits such as dining out, hiring a venue, or paying for holiday accommodation.CASPA has a partnership with Summerland Bank through their Priority Partner Program.
