On offer: Highest remuneration in the industry $240,000 + $10,000 fuel allowance (ABN Contractor)Unlimited referral commissions on successful SIL referrals with no ceilingFull time - Based in Brisbane with office in Milton.Supportive team environmentTasks & responsibilities Develop business within the NDIS SIL space.
You must have an extensive referral network already and work within an established KPI framework.Generate consistent and regular high-quality 1:1 SIL referral leads within SEQ.Lead market research, networking, and relationship building to uncover new business avenues.Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies and community organisations.Drive revenue growth, hitting and exceeding targets through new initiatives.Champion our expansion into new markets and service lines, contributing to increased market share and partnership development.Serve as the initial point of contact for potential NDIS or disability clients, ensuring a seamless introduction to Disability Connect.Craft proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and represent our company at industry events to elevate our brand presence.Qualifications & experience An extensive history of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the disability support sector.Very strong negotiation, persuasion, and networking skills, combined with the ability to spot and seize new business opportunities.Deep understanding of the disability support landscape, including regulatory requirements and funding mechanisms.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to varied audiences.A demonstrated ability to forge lasting relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Analytical prowess, leadership qualities, and a collaborative spirit are essential.Your application will include the following questions:
