With the possibility of becoming a permanent position, after the 12month period.
NDIS Administration and Client Services Support Are you someone who has the drive and passion to work along-side our small, person-centered team? Are you wanting to work within a supportive, team environment? The NDIS Administration and Clients Services support role is an office based role, located in Flagstaff Hill. The person in this role provides direct support to the Director of ATW, staff, our clients and the wider community, including providers. There is a heavy focus on administration and ability to prioritise tasks, including working towards set KPI's.
To be successful in this role, you will have: NDIS knowledge essential.a genuinely caring and compassionate nature,mature and flexible approach toward people and your work,verifiable, exceptional time management and organisation skills,minimum 5 years demonstrable work experience in a busy and dynamic environment,demonstrable, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships,a verifiable background of a sincere willingness and ability to help both clients and colleagues, andpassion for supporting people with a disability.Being a self-motivated, proactive, forward thinker and able to work productively with a high level of autonomy and a strong attention to detail is a must.
