Job Description
Are you a seasoned automation professional with a passion for delivering quality software? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy leading innovative testing initiatives? We're seeking a Test Automation Engineer with advanced UFT and Selenium/Playwright expertise to spearhead our automation strategy in the health sector and take it to the next level. As an Automation Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced automation frameworks and strategies using tools like UFT and Selenium/Playwright. You will mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices in automation. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will:
Define comprehensive test plans. Enhance coverage and optimize quality assurance processes. Seamlessly integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system performance across diverse scenarios. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to align automation efforts with overarching business objectives. Qualifications
Proven Expertise in designing and executing automation frameworks with UFT and Selenium/Playwright. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C# or VBScript. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools like JIRA. Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effectively utilise design patterns and clean coding concepts.
