The Opportunity: In this dynamic role, reporting to the National Director of Sales, you will engage with both new and key existing clients across various industries. Your focus will be on enhancing and expanding their systems while boosting market awareness to generate new opportunities. By effectively meeting client expectations, you will drive sales of our product portfolio to key accounts, presenting tailored solutions that highlight operational benefits, cost savings, and return on investment.
Promoting key partner products including air filtration systems, dust detection, monitoring and cabin pressurisation systems, mobile air conditioning systems, wireless communications systems, and camera and monitoring systems, we are ideally looking to secure the services of a professional with account management/business development exposure and a technical background in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or Technology.
About the role: Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with key accounts. Understand and anticipate customer preferences and business objectives to tailor solutions that meet their needs. Act as the main point of contact and liaison between our key accounts and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue and growth. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to both customers and internal stakeholders. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the Company and network with existing and potential clients. What we are looking for: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, with a keen desire to provide cost-effective and future-proof solutions. Supportive mindset with a high level of reliability. Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with customers and team members. Possess exceptional technical knowledge or a keen interest in HVAC systems and looking to be an integral part of industry change. Sound business acumen with an understanding of sales and account management principles. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
