We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse / RN (Grade 2 - 5) to join our friendly team on a Casual basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing: Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals Documentation and accurate record keeping What we are looking for: Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain) Flexible availability including PM shifts What we can offer you: Continuing professional development Not for Profit Salary Packaging - up to $18550 tax savings A friendly and supportive team environment Rewards Program, Retail Discounts and other benefits Nazareth Care prides itself on fostering an inclusive culture that cultivates respect of individual differences, embracing diversity.
