We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our friendly team on a Part-Time basis.
Your passion and enthusiasm will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing: Assisting with face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries Maintaining resident and employee files/databases Managing rosters and onboarding of new staff Processing invoices and accounts Diary management and scheduling of meetings/appointments Supporting visitors and the wider Nazareth Care team Ordering of supplies, clinical consumables, uniforms etc.
What we are looking for: Previous Reception/Admin experience in a fast-paced environment Background in Aged Care or Health Services highly beneficial Previous rostering experience, ideally over varying shift times/areas Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal Can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference Strong organisational skills and financial acumen Experience with MS Office, databases or rostering systems NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain) Permanent availability, Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
