Industry Liaison Coordinator Byron Bay, Australia About the role
The Industry Liaison Coordinator is responsible for the management of an effective student and graduate work placement program with leading entertainment businesses and industry organisations.
Working closely with the National Manager of Work Integrated Learning and the Byron Bay Campus Manager, the Industry Liaison Coordinator also has a key role in SAE's ongoing engagement with local community and industry.
The person we seek will ideally have the following:
Expert knowledge of the local and Australian creative media sector Industry experience in at least one SAE area of study Demonstrable experience in managing work placement programs and/or workplace management of trainees A tertiary qualification in an SAE discipline Expert knowledge of recruitment and job search processes An understanding of the way adults learn Demonstrable high-level communication skills both verbal and written Ability to network effectively with internal and external stakeholders What we can offer you:
