Responsibilities: Provide assistance to students regarding enrolment procedures, course selection, and academic requirements. Preparing offer letter, class timetable and maintain students file and record. Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person meetings. Update students record into the student management software. Providing assistance and support to students, including responding to inquiries via email, phone, or online chat, scheduling appointments, and managing client databases. Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that students receive necessary support services such as counselling, disability accommodations, and academic tutoring. Maintain accurate records of student information, including enrolment status, academic performance, and contact details. Process student applications, admissions, and enrolment paperwork in compliance with college policies and government regulations. Coordinate with academic staff to schedule exams, assessments, and other academic activities for students. Prepare and distribute official documents such as transcripts, letters of enrolment, and completion certificates as required. Collaborate with colleagues in Australia and other international offices to streamline administrative processes and enhance student support services. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay informed about college policies, procedures, and initiatives. Identify and address any challenges or issues faced by students in a timely and proactive manner. Inputting and maintaining accurate records of client and candidate information in our database systems or CRM. Drafting and formatting documents as per the company and client's requirements. Serving as a point of contact between clients, candidates, and internal staff, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve research, data analysis, or process improvement activities. Requirements: Master's in business management or related field. Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution or a similar setting, is valuable. Consider candidates with a demonstrated track record of handling administrative tasks efficiently and effectively. Assess candidates for essential administrative skills such as organizational abilities, time management, attention to detail, communication skills (both written and verbal), proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, database management software), and problem-solving capabilities. Administrative staff often interact with students, faculty, and other stakeholders. Look for candidates who demonstrate excellent customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and professionalism. High level of proficiency in English is essential.
