Company Details:Responsible for managing a team to ensure high delivery of assigned projects in order to manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of Naval exercise support, whilst representing Cubic to the customer.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
Job Details:Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Support overarching exercise planning, involving drafting exercise documentation including specialist annexes for required planning conferences and processes.Draft exercise scenarios including detailed Events, Incidents, and Injects for exercises.Develop annexes for exercise development.Write and sequence exercise Events, Incidents, and Injects employing exercise planning software and systems.Produce supporting staff and command post exercise documentation using defense systems where required.Conduct designated activity/exercise micro planning and other related tasks as directed.Assess training and exercise needs, develop objectives, and implement roadmaps.Support defense customers in the conduct of HICON and EXCON roles during military exercises.Assist in training for uniformed personnel during training courses for exercise planning and scenario development skillsets.Support uniformed exercise designers and planners to meet task outputs as required by changes in ADF priorities or short-notice operational contingencies.Attend Working Groups as directed, attend planning conferences as directed, produce planning documents and outputs as directed, and attend exercise execution activities as directed.Worker Type:Employee
