Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Director to lead the successful launch of our Dubbo centre. This role provides a unique opportunity to build and inspire your own team, shape the centre's culture, and set the standard for high-quality early childhood education in the community. Key Responsibilities: Centre Launch: Oversee and manage the centre's opening, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to operational status.Team Creation: Recruit, mentor, and build a dedicated team passionate about early childhood education.Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the centre operates in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with families, local community members, and stakeholders to enhance the centre's presence and reputation.Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor educational programs and practices to ensure they align with Natures Academy's values and the National Quality Standards.About You: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role within early childhood education.Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and manage a successful team.Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with families and staff.Passion: A genuine passion for high-quality care and early childhood education.What's Next?
