About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and reliable administrator to support the Engineering department for a temporary assignment. This role involves managing repairs and spare parts for machinery, ensuring smooth operations in a heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:Requesting repairs and ordering spare parts for machinery.Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.Coordinating with the internal maintenance team to manage schedules for parts and repairs.Updating and maintaining inventory spreadsheets to track parts and repairs.Overseeing the inwards and outwards repair process for machinery parts.Providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders as required.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in a similar support or administrative role, ideally within an industrial or engineering environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic inventory management.Consultant:****** Reference Number: 200495549
