National Warehouse and Logistics ManagerYou will be responsible for the full operation of the overall supply chain management of all entities, including running the main warehouse and the service/spare parts inventory ordering and management.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle and shipment of goods to enhance business development, ensure sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycleStrategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation of goods from port to warehouse and sitesManage a cost-effective logistics operation with periodic reviewsEstablish and maintain relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure consistent flow between Sales and Install DepartmentMaintain close relationships with suppliers to deliver a reliable high-quality cost-effective and timely source of supplyMain point of contact with overseas suppliers from ordering to delivery of goods in AustraliaManagement of multiple shipments arriving to and from multiple portsPreparation of weekly stock and progress reportsKeep track of quality and quantity, including daily review of stock levelsCataloguing of all goods in warehouse, including updating and maintaining accurate real-time logs of all orders in company Simpro softwareFull spares/service stock management across all company warehouses and managed in real-time on company Simpro softwareResolve any arising issues/complaints in a professional and timely mannerLeading, motivating and inspiring your teamIdentification and realization of cost reduction opportunitiesMeet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws & regulationsThe person Over 5 years' experience in a similar Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain Manager roleExperience with international suppliers (China & Europe)Experience in identifying and improving the supply chain processesSimpro software experience advantageousAbility to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously#J-18808-Ljbffr
