What You Will Do With Us At Magnetic Automation Pty Ltd, no two days are the same – this is a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse.
This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
General Warehouse Duties Manage a small team ensuring they complete their duties in line with company policies and procedures.
Lead all warehouse picking, correct receipting of stock, replenishing, and housekeeping processes.
Oversee warehouse operations including allocating resources, driving operational excellence, and continuous improvements throughout the warehouse.
Conduct weekly operational meetings within the team.
Follow and monitor stock levels to ensure customer orders can be met.
Support and maintain Inventory processes (including all stock-take procedures).
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety procedures and regulations.
Plan and allocate all incoming and outgoing freight.
What You Will Bring To This Role A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality.
Previous experience and knowledge in the Warehousing and Distribution industry will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organizations.
Good physical fitness level, reliable & punctual.
A willingness to do a variety of tasks.
Work as a proactive team member in a small team environment.
Understanding of safe work practices and working in a safe manner at all times.
Minimum 3 years' experience in operating a forklift; customer service skills are highly desirable.
MUST have a valid Forklift License.
Maintain vehicle and equipment for safe practices.
