About the role:As the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing our visual merchandising standards and strategies across all retail locations. You will lead and inspire a team of field visual merchandisers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store operations teams to create compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.Train and guide regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution and provide feedback and support.Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our visual merchandising remains innovative and relevant.Lead special projects and seasonal rollouts, including new store openings and store refreshes.What's on offer:$110-120k + Super + Tools of TradeGrowing business with long term growth potential.Mon-Fri RosterDynamic culture.Brisbane based H/OWhat experience you'll need:Previous experience as a national Visual Merchandiser, designing briefs and rolling out to store networks based on commercial needs.Proven track record of successfully leading visual merchandising initiatives at a national or multi-store level.Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools including Adobe Suite; experience with CAD and 3D design software is a plus.Willingness to travel as needed to support store locations.APPLY NOW or call Dean Roberts on for a confidential discussion on growing your career today!
