Your expertise will directly influence the company's ability to meet market demands while delivering superior environmental and sustainability outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead innovative water treatment solutions across multiple biological treatment facilities.Process optimisation and troubleshooting operational issues.Provide technical guidance to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of water treatment plants.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock improvement opportunities and introduce cutting-edge technologies.About You:You are a process-driven technical specialist, experienced in managing wastewater treatment facilities, ideally in heavy process industries such as oil refining, brewing, or working for water authorities. You may be a highly experienced process engineer or water treatment plant specialist possessing a solid background in both chemical and biological water treatment processes. With the ability to identify bottlenecks and lead complex projects to optimise efficiency, you're comfortable working across multiple sites, engaging with a range of stakeholders including engineers, operators, and senior management. You're someone who thrives in environments where you can innovate and drive performance improvements, and you're passionate about contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
