Job Description The National Technical Support Manager will join a team of other Technical Support Managers and will be responsible for providing technical support and training to CEA's Branch, Dealer network and Major Account Customers. The Products covered will be within CEA brand portfolios (JCB, Dynapac, Atlas Copco, Komptech, Ditch Witch). The role requires excellent technical knowledge of machine systems, maintenance practices and the ability to train others through professional communication.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Be responsible for technical support of a product portfolio within our brand. Develop and implement Major account training on our product range. Support the National Technical Support team with overflow work. Travel to interstate branches and customer locations to implement basic training. Create technical documentation to distribute to Branches, Dealers and Major Accounts customers when required. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with customers. Technical data collection and analysis ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Trade qualified in a related field for 5-10 years Worked in a similar role for 3 to 5 years preferred Hold a current Cert IV in Training & Assessment or willing to attain preferred Proven ability to develop and implement training preferred Be familiar and proficient with Microsoft office suite programs High level time management skills Ability to analyze/troubleshoot complicated hydraulic, mechanical and electrical technical problems and recommend solutions Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff and customers through all mediums. Demonstrate a good understanding of OHS in the workplace.
