It is a proud milestone for the company and we acknowledge all those who have worked hard over the years and contributed to our success.Position Summary:The National Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations across multiple locations, ensuring that projects, maintenances, warranties, (Joinery, Stone, Alfresco and Installation) are delivered on time, in full (DIFOT) and meet high-quality standards. This role requires strategic oversight and operational excellence to ensure consistency, scalability and efficiency as the company expands. The National Site Operations Manager will manage the State/Branch Managers, lead the project management team, and oversee the site coordinators and installation teams, ensuring smooth and effective execution of all site installations. The role focuses on standardisation, quality assurance (QA), and scalable practices that align with the company's long-term goals.Key Responsibilities:Site Operations Management:Oversee and manage site operations across all locations, ensuring consistent execution of all site works and QA processes.Ensure timely project delivery with a focus on DIFOT (Delivery in Full On Time) for all site works minimising delays and ensuring customer satisfaction.Lead the site coordinators and installation teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of all site activities.Collaborate with the Site General Manager to implement best practices and streamline processes across all sites.Scalability & Strategic Oversight:Develop strategies to scale operations as the company grows, ensuring that additional resources are recruited, trained, and allocated efficiently.Standardise site processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency across all regions, regardless of scale.Anticipate future operational needs and develop plans to meet the growing demands of site installations as more projects come in.Monitor the performance of different sites and ensure that they are equipped to handle an increasing volume of work.Lead and mentor State/Branch Managers, ensuring they have the resources and skills to manage their respective sites effectively.Oversee the project management team, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned across all site operations.Implement leadership development programs to build a strong succession pipeline and ensure the company's long-term leadership stability.Empower site coordinators and installation teams by providing continuous feedback and support to ensure they meet company standards.Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure that quality standards are consistently met across all site works and that post-installation inspections adhere to company policies.Work closely with the QA team to ensure that site works meet regulatory and compliance requirements.Monitor site safety practices to ensure full compliance with OHS regulations and internal safety protocols.Collaborate with QA, OHS, and Installation Managers to address and resolve quality issues promptly.Performance Management & KPI Monitoring:Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor site performance, including DIFOT, project delivery times, and quality control metrics.Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve overall site operations.Utilise data and reports to drive decision-making and improve site productivity and efficiency.Client Relationship & Communication:Act as a point of contact for high-level client interactions, addressing any operational concerns and ensuring prompt communication on project status.Coordinate with clients to set clear expectations on timelines and project milestones, providing updates and proactive communication throughout the installation process.Work closely with the customer service team to address client feedback and inquiries post-installation, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term relationships.Implement feedback loops with clients to identify improvement areas and integrate them into site operations for continuous enhancement.Qualifications & Skills:8+ years of experience in site operations management, with a focus on large-scale projects or multi-site management.Proven track record in leading teams and driving operational efficiency across multiple sites.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams across various regions.Experience in scaling operations, managing resources, and developing strategic plans for growth.Expertise in installation processes, project management, and quality assurance.Strong understanding of DIFOT, OHS, and regulatory compliance requirements.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving operational processes and quality.Exceptional communication and organisational skills to manage cross-functional teams and projects.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):DIFOT (Delivery in Full On Time): Achieve 95% DIFOT across all site operations.Project Delivery: Ensure all works are completed within the allocated timeline and meet client expectations.Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent quality standards across all works with minimal defects and rework.Operational Efficiency: Improve site productivity by 10% through process optimisation and resource allocation.Team Development: Successfully mentor and develop the leadership capabilities of State/Branch Managers and site teams.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!
