National Service Coordinator

About the Role As the National Service Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with service managers and the administration team across the branches to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, procedures, and solutions that elevate customer service standards while optimizing internal operational efficiencies. The successful applicant will have excellent analytical skills and stakeholder engagement ability with a desire to drive meaningful and impactful work. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a service calculation tool to support the service team in standardizing costs for internal jobs. Oversee management of machine builds to meet client expectations. Audit build projects following completion to ensure quality control and effectiveness of systems. Develop and review service contracts to ensure compliance with MARC (Maintenance and Repair Contracts agreement). Develop and market maintenance and repair agreements internally and externally. Manage telemetric monitoring.
