Job Responsibilities Identify training needs and develop customised presentations for sales training, for example, objection handling, and monitor individual/territory performance across the National Sales Team.Identify and address skill gaps by using performance insights to deliver targeted training that strengthens team capabilities.Collaborate strongly with TTI's ANZ Sales Managers.Work with appropriate internal departments to coordinate and develop programs where applicable.Design and implement Training PowerPoint presentations from conception to delivery.Deliver training in-person to team members within ANZ.Develop a Train the Trainer program where applicable.Coach and upskill team members (Sales Managers) to continue the sales training.Build sales training components for inductions.Attend TTI/Bunnings led sales events to monitor performance and identify opportunities.Measure training impact – monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and regular assessments.Qualifications and Skills Advanced customer service and time management skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to design effective training programs from inception.Outstanding coaching skills.Great organisational and interpersonal skills.Ability to measure performance.Experience with building and developing a team with a high degree of energy and motivation.Education and Experience Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or a similar position.Hold possession of relevant sales training certifications.In return you will be rewarded with:
