This business enables us to provide a training pathway for people with disabilities to prepare for employment at their own pace and undertake award wage employment before transitioning to open employment.ABOUT THE ROLE:The National Sales Manager reports to the General Manager (Jigsaw) and is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance of Jigsaw Business Services across all Jigsaw sites nationally. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of regional sales managers, and achieving business revenue targets.The National Sales Manager ensures alignment with Jigsaw's goals, builds and manages strong client relationships, and fosters a culture of excellence within the sales team.The National Sales Manager is responsible for the oversight and accountability for Jigsaw Business Services across four key areas:Sales StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy that underpins the national expansion of Jigsaw Business Services.Ensure adequate pipelines are developed to meet business services' goals and objectives.Revenue Growth and Target AchievementAccountable for achieving business revenue targets for Jigsaw nationally.Drive new business through outsourced work employment placements.Ensure accurate forecasting, accrual processes, and budget alignment.Collaborate with the National Business Manager to drive business services delivery.Client Relationship ManagementEstablish, manage, and maintain a community of corporate and government organisations who commercially and socially benefit from Jigsaw Business Services.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients/employment partners.Oversee key accounts and ensure consistent client communications and client management across the team.Monitor client feedback to improve Jigsaw's service offerings.Leadership and DevelopmentResponsible for Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Lead with the scope to increase the Sales team.Embed and drive motivation and recognition programs.Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to drive performance excellence.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:10+ years of experience in sales and business development.A passion for (and/or experience with) working with people with disabilities.High bandwidth for multi-tasking.Have the right to work in Australia.Possess or be willing to obtain satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children Check.Possess or be willing to obtain current First Aid and CPR certifications.Alignment with Jigsaw and Fighting Chance's values.
