THE ROLEReporting to the VP, Operations & Sales, you will be responsible for building and scaling our fast-growing sales team nationally, working closely with our Executive team to build sales plans that align with company goals, optimize the ATM network, and provide ongoing coaching to the sales and account management team.This position is based out of our office in Kingsgrove, NSW. Frequent travel may be required within the Oceania region.YOUR IMPACTBuild, scale, and retain a team of top sales talent across the Oceania regionMentor and coach the Sales team to develop a culture of high performance and successCollaborate with the executive team to create mid to long-term strategic direction for our Bitcoin ATM expansionLead the optimization efforts on the existing ATM network in collaboration with other teamsLead effective weekly individual and team meetings to provide updates on Localcoin products and sales plansDemonstrate a people-first mindset to leadership by driving day-to-day support of sales, addressing performance concerns, creating development programs, supporting the team's potential, and conducting weekly 1-on-1 sessions with sales executives.Take ownership of aligning the sales executives to the strategic sales direction which includes territory management, setting targets, and creating visibility to the sales teamSupport the sales team with complex contract negotiations and client escalations for new and existing clientsImplement new sales processes and system flows to increase efficiency for all sales operations on an ongoing basisReview all incoming proposals from the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.Investigate areas of underperformance against the sales plan, provide feedback to team members, and make recommendations to the executive team to cover the shortfallsWork with the executive team to re-design and execute monthly incentive plans for the sales team on a regular basisTHIS IS YOU6+ years of experience in a Sales role2+ year of managerial experienceProven experience leading and scaling high performing sales teamsPeople first leader with a passion for coaching and driving success in the Sales teamExperience developing sales strategies, plans and tools in a dynamic, high-growth environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively to individuals over the phone, in person, or through other communication channelsStrong working knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot, Salesforce,FreshDeskStrong listening, negotiation and problem solving skillsStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingDemonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency marketHave a valid driver's license and access to a vehicleWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT USHealth & Wellness BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHybrid & Flexible Office EnvironmentProfessional DevelopmentStandups, Demos and Monthly Socials to keep us aligned and connectedAnd so much more!Localcoin is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills.
