As the National Sales Manager at Liebherr-Mining, your purpose is to drive the strategic sales initiatives that position Liebherr as a leader in the mining equipment sector.
You will lead a dynamic team to develop and execute sales strategies that enhance market penetration, foster strong customer relationships, and support the company's growth objectives.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales efforts align with our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success and sustainability of Liebherr's operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the customer base, ensuring robust and effective interactions.Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to enable the team to achieve its strategic and operational goals.Quotations and Proposals: Support preparation of quotations, tender & sales proposals, and purchase requests with quality and timeliness.Profit and Loss Responsibility: Oversee the profit and loss responsibility for all team activities, ensuring financial health and efficient execution.Continuous Improvement: Plan, implement, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives and processes for all team functions.Project Implementation: Implement assigned sales-related projects and initiatives, ensuring successful planning and monitoring.Reporting: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to required formats.Team Capability Development: Maintain and develop team capability to support effective delivery of services.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management OR relevant discipline.
