The Opportunity As the National Sales Manager – Diagnostics, you'll lead a talented team of Sales Managers and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and profitability for our Diagnostics product portfolio while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager with a background in Ophthalmic / Optometry equipment will be highly regarded, with a track record of commercial success in a growth environment.A collaborative and approachable leadership style that inspires and motivates others.Resilience to adapt to change and a proactive attitude to overcome challenges.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with team members and stakeholders.A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.About Us Paragon Care is a leading supplier of medical equipment, devices, and consumables to the healthcare market.
