National Sales Manager - Dental / Orthodontics

Our client is a leader in the dental/orthodontic industry. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a sales leader to join their team.
Based in Sydney working from Head Office, the role focuses on leading and developing their national team of Treatment Coordinators. They are looking for someone who can mentor and coach patient-facing sales and clinical staff to increase conversion rates nationally.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have dental/orthodontic industry experience and a knowledge of how the treatment coordination function operates in the dental/ortho clinic. Other industries would be considered for the right candidate. The key here is they are looking for an energetic and proven hands-on sales leader. Someone who can coach and develop sales teams, specifically sales teams who are interacting with patients, discussing treatments/solutions with a goal of securing patients and providing unmatched care.
