This is a rare opportunity to join our high performing Brokerage Sales team as a National Sales Consultant, where success will come easy as you capitalize on selling our quality services and products.
This sales role undertakes video in-home consultancy and is a full-time hybrid work position from a capital city office and home. You'll manage a portfolio of pre-qualified clients, with the flexibility to schedule your diary to best suit both you and the client. Your role involves leading the process from initial engagement through to final sign-off, ensuring each client feels supported and confident in their relocation choices.
Some of what you will be doing:
Responding promptly and professionally to all inbound enquiries and web leads, setting the tone for a seamless customer experience. Qualifying leads to understand each client's unique needs, guiding them to the most suitable relocation solutions. Managing your portfolio of clients from initial enquiry through to sign-off, taking ownership of each client's journey. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, heard, and supported throughout their relocation process. Conducting video surveys and consultations with clients, effectively handling and progressing a high volume of interactions. About you:

Strong listening, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey professionalism and empathy in every interaction. Results-driven, with a focus on outcomes and meeting client needs. A proactive, positive approach and a professional attitude. Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and remain composed under pressure. Passionate about delivering excellent service and committed to continuous improvement. You may not fit the requirements 100%, but that's ok; we focus on training and development so that we can promote from within. If you are looking for a career and not just a job, you're in the right place!
